We are in a crisis. Definitely as a society and also to a large part in our personal lives. However I also see the healing potential in this. In natural medicine the healing crisis is a well known term.
When the body is dealing with a disease, it is particularly stressed at the peak of it. This can result in high fevers, intense pains and negative emotions, like fear, anger and hopelessness. And despite having begun a treatment it seems to go downhill first, before it goes uphill. In my last blog I already mentioned that: it is the breakdown before the breakthrough.
Prayer can help
Without the breakdown the desired outcome of a renewed health and new strength does not seem possible. Often this includes a growth spurt. It can easily be seen in children, as their body often grows. In adults it shows up in more subtle ways. For example in having deep insights, letting go of old burdens and developing a finer sense for your life and life itself.
Apparently we still are living in a time, where there is really a great breakthrough without a certain collapse. For example terrible diseases brought about medical discoveries and many technological advances were preceded by wars.
Besides we still believe individually and especially as a collective that we only learn through suffering. Only when it really hurts are we willing to change our attitudes and behaviour in favour of our health and wellbeing.
Let´s make this time our healing crisis
It is important to remember that his collapse is only temporary – even though it might last uncomfortably long. And those who suffer tend to be really inconsiderate and egotistical. The excruciating pain and the fear it might never get better at all, makes many blind, desperate and angry. This requires even more compassion from all for all. And then it is more important than ever to focus on something positive and uplifting, instead of becoming overwhelmed by the high degree of suffering.
I would like to invite you to perceive our current crisis as a healing- and growth crisis and to direct your attention towards a positive outcome. Now more than ever it is crucial we keep the potential of a positive future in our mind. I already gave some practical cluess in one of my last blogs. Here it is more about creating an inner image that then can manifest as physical reality externally. Quite in accordance to the frequently expressed adage of Michael Roads: “Where you focus energy flows, connects and creates.”
A holistic vision
For that purpose I wrote the “Vision Prayer” that you all can edit and optimize according to your liking. If you want you can also ad a salutation, like “Dear God” or “Oh, supreme creator-father-mother-god” or “Highest powers of love and light” or simply “Dear universe”… whatever holds the strongest power for you. But of course it also works without salutation: our consciousness is always listening. No matter if we say something allowed or quietly in our mind.
Furthermore I´m also working on an audio-version as an online meditation. But since I have no experience with this and it will probably take longer than I anticipate, I decided to give you the text first. You can also EinVisionsgebetit for your own purposes. The more people unite in their intentions the higher the probability for it becoming reality is for all.
The text is built in such a way that it becomes more powerful with every repetition. The more you read it the more the vision enters your subconscious and can unfold it´s future designing power. The sentences in italics are the short version – it is a summary of what the rest of the text contains. The very brief version are the last two sentences – you can use that as a mantra or an affirmation.

We appreciate the breath taking beauty of our planet earth and her unconditional and diverse abundance. We honour nature and act towards her wellbeing, in deep gratitude for all that we owe to her.
We accept climate change due to increased solar activity and deal with it in a conscious and constructive way. We know of the metaphysical and physical power of change that emanates from this and that it is finally about our adaptability and our increasingly healthy and conscious response to the principle of constant change in nature.
Our energy supply becomes ever more environmentally friendly. We achieve reversing the pollution of our environment and manage to free it from plastic and all other toxins efficiently.
Our materials are of natural origin, renewable, recyclable and sustainable. Synthetic substances, materials and drugs, that stress our environment and our bodies are of the past. We forgive ourselves for these errors and are now correcting our course.

Our environment is healthy, clean and brimming with vitality. Our airs are clean and nourishing to all who breathe it. Our waters are clean and beneficial to all creatures that swim in it and drink it.
Our plants are free of unnatural toxins and we respect and support their good effect on us by taking proper care of them. For the plants nourish, heal and support us and bring a lot of joy to us by their growth and diversity alone.
Our food supply is healthy for all involved: organic farming is being done everywhere. We need less food because the natural nutrition value of our produce is higher and more sustainable and all citizens of Earth always have enough to eat and drink.
We have a most respectful way of dealing with our meat consumption. Just like our ancestors did and as some indigenous people do today in areas where agriculture is not possible. But most of us prefer an increasingly vegetarian if not vegan diet.
Our animals live an honourable life in their perfect environment. We respect them as the divine beings they truly are. We enjoy our friendship with our pets and some wild animals and are enjoying our life together on our beautiful planet.

All that once separated us as a planetary community is now a thing of the past. We know that we are ONE and deeply honour this mystery. We acknowledge our different races and genders. We always meet each other with kindness and respect. We carefully listen to each other and speak with mindfulness. We say what we mean and mean what we say. We make our choices from the power of our love.
We always see in ourselves and every other human being a divine representative of creation.
Our children are sacred to us and we do everything with love so that they can discover and unfold their potential to the wellbeing of all. So they enjoy becoming happy and responsible grown-ups.
We honour our elders as the guardians of wisdom and meet them with grateful appreciation.
We honour the transitions from birth and death and treat them in a loving and honouring way for all involved.
We respect the sacredness of sexuality and refuse to separate it from love, for to do so is unhealthy for all concerned.
We respect the cooperation of our body, mind and soul with the cosmos more and more and allow us to be guided by this awareness in treating diseases, emergencies and conflicts. Our natural healing abilities are becoming ever stronger.
We experience and live an increasingly liberated handling of the energy principles of the divine feminine and the divine masculine within us and are happily amazed at what powers this releases. We become increasingly more aware of ourselves.

Our economy is less focussed on personal material wealth than on creating the optimal base for the healthy living of each one of us and our spiritual growth. All are doing materially and psychologically so well that they can live and act freely and happily. We enjoy working for our wellbeing and that of others.
Our technology is beneficial for the environment in every way and in harmony with nature. Our lifestyle is holistic and life affirming. We embrace opportunities to grow in consciousness and appreciate any kind of healthy growth and progress.
Our science and spirituality become increasingly one. Our science acknowledges the reality of the soul and its immortality. We honor the united power of heart, head and belly as our healthy spirit an also as the expression of the soul that we actually are.
We are furthermore developing our paranormal abilities and have less and less need for our electronic crutches. Our realisation and communication goes more and more beyond the physical world.
Many of us are communicating with the animal and plant worlds and thereby promote a healthy and interactive togetherness in all of creation – even beyond this planet.
We honour and respect the traditions and the wisdom of our indigenous cultures and let them show us how to live in harmony with nature internally and externally.

We are deeply anchored in hearts and notice immediately if somebody genuinely has our wellbeing in mind or not and whether something happening is good for us or to our detriment. Then we explore the truth and act accordingly.
We are connected to the positive metaphysical entities and receive their advice, support and if need is, also their guidance.
With a lot of patience, strong forgiving and infinite love we work on healing our errors and traumas of the past. So they won´t impede us and our descendants on our way into a healthy future.

We appreciate creativity in every way, shape or form as it enriches our life and can catalyse our own creative abilities. We honour each other for our unique creations that all of us contribute to the wellbeing of all. We support each other in finding our individual vocation and living it in a fulfilling way.
We develop our awareness as conscious creators that we were designed to be. We discover and unfold our own potentials. And we know and feel deeply that love is the power of creation.
Every day we are more aware than the day before an we have an ever stronger connection to life.
We know and consciously live our truth – individually and as a community, physically and metaphysically.
