There is always a good solution…
Finding a solution can be the key – but the door has to be opened by putting it into action. One way to do this, is using exercises to change one´s old unhelpful mode into a new and more helpful one. The three following exercises allow for possible impulses and give an insight into my work.
Active thought hygiene
All the thoughts that run through our mind all day long – the permanent inner monologue is an expression of what we think about ourselves and our world. Wherever we direct our attention that is charged with our energy and uploads itself – like an activated computer programm – into our experience of reality. If our experiences match our wishes, needs and abilities it is wonderful, but if that isn´the case it´s advisable to change the “software”.
Self esteem vitamin injection
My clients are often asking for a higher self esteem. Some never had it, others experienced severe damage of it. But a healthy self esteem is indispensable to our ability to love ourselves unconditionally and that in turn is the premise for a fulfilled sense of being and fulfilling relationships – which makes it all existentially vital. This exercise can help with that.
A little systemic help to make decisions
This little exercise is derived from the tool of systemic constellations – and it also works for all those, who have no idea what that is or may even reject it. Why this exercise works for most people cannot be easily explained. But that doesn´t make any difference to the use of this tool. Everybody can try out for him or herself whether it works with for him or her. For some, it works better in the presence of others, rather than all alone. Just experiment! If it works you will have a practical amplifier for your own intuition and the strengthening of your ability to make decisions always at hand!
